Refunds & Returns Poicy!
A policy so unclear it legally counts as fog.
Welcome to our Refunds & Returns page — the official home of uncertainty, mild confusion, and administrative procedures that may or may not involve livestock.
At WooPaca, we believe in fairness, transparency, and accepting documents that have been scanned from paper and signed with a hoof-print. Because nothing says “authentic” like a slightly smudged alpaca stomp.
But don’t worry — regular humans can submit refund requests too. If you don’t have access to an alpaca, a printer, or a cooperative hoof, we still accept normal text‑based submissions. They work almost as well. Almost.
Can I get a refund?
Possibly. Potentially. In theory.
Refunds are granted based on:
- The alignment of the planets
- The fluff‑density of the day
- Whether our alpacas feel spiritually prepared to process paperwork
- The legibility of your scanned hoofprint document
- Or, if you’re a normal person, the clarity of your written request
Human‑typed requests are absolutely allowed — they’re just considered “hoofprint‑adjacent.”
Can I return a product?
Yes, absolutely — as long as you follow our Return Ritual™, which includes:
- Printing a form
- Placing it on a flat surface
- Allowing an alpaca to step on it
- Scanning the resulting masterpiece
- Sending it to us with confidence and zero explanation
Alternatively: You may also return items using a standard human‑written explanation, preferably in complete sentences. We accept those too, even if they lack the rustic charm of a hoof signature.
We accept returns in most cases, except:
- When the product has achieved sentience
- When the alpaca refuses to sign
- When the scanned hoof-print looks “emotionally unstable”
- When the item has already been eaten (this happens more often than you’d think)
What happens to returned items?
All returned products go through our rigorous evaluation process:
- An alpaca sniffs the item.
- Another alpaca judges its aura.
- A third alpaca signs a paper with a hoof-print to confirm the sniffing and judging.
- We scan the paper.
- We pretend this is normal.
If your return request was written by a human, we simply attach it to the hoof‑signed document and hope the combination makes sense.
Based on this, we decide whether you receive:
- A refund
- A store credit
- A motivational poster
- A polite letter stating “We tried!”
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within:
- 3–5 business days
- 7–12 fluff cycles
- Or whenever we locate the alpaca responsible for accounting
Human‑written requests are processed at the same speed, unless the alpacas get distracted by snacks.
Special cases
We offer extra flexible solutions if:
- Your product arrived pre‑chewed
- The packaging included unsolicited hay
- The item spontaneously mooed
- The return form was signed by a cow (we do not discriminate, but we will raise an eyebrow)
- Your human‑written request contains at least one dramatic sigh
Summary
We accept refunds and returns. We accept scanned documents. We accept hoof-prints. We accept normal human text. We accept that none of this makes sense.
But we promise you’ll get some kind of resolution — even if it’s just a beautifully scanned alpaca autograph attached to your very normal human request.
