Welcome to our Refunds & Returns page — the official home of uncertainty, mild confusion, and administrative procedures that may or may not involve livestock.

At WooPaca, we believe in fairness, transparency, and accepting documents that have been scanned from paper and signed with a hoof-print. Because nothing says “authentic” like a slightly smudged alpaca stomp.

But don’t worry — regular humans can submit refund requests too. If you don’t have access to an alpaca, a printer, or a cooperative hoof, we still accept normal text‑based submissions. They work almost as well. Almost.

Can I get a refund?

Possibly. Potentially. In theory.
